Our Story

SyntaxShift.dev was started in 2024 by me, Robert Dey, a software developer from Germany. It was born out of a simple observation: experienced programmers often struggle to find resources that match their skill level when learning a new language or technology.

I recognized that comparing familiar concepts to new syntax could dramatically speed up the learning process. After seeing the positive impact of this approach on my own learning, I decided to create a platform that would help others do the same.
